Sasha Angel Properties offers placement and property management services for residential and commercial properties all over Johannesburg and Pretoria. Our company has a few years of experience in the property management business. Our services include property management from rent collection, tenant relations, evictions and property maintenance. We do our best to eliminate headaches that come from being a landlord.

As property manager, we will market the property on all the notable and reputable property marketing mediums. It is also our duty to supervise maintenance of the property and ensure that it is always kept in good order. On move in, we will do an ingoing inspection and note all damages and also do an inspection on exit. You will receive a monthly statement, stating what has been billed to the client and what has paid to you after deducting the monthly management fees. The landlord has a right to the inspection and lease of the property.
